Aaron Judovits is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Emerge.
Acting as both a personal and professional CFO to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, Aaron oversees complex financial affairs with integrity, transparency, and discretion—providing clients with peace of mind and the ability to focus on their personal, professional, and generational priorities.
With over 20 years of experience in business management, Aaron brings a holistic and forward-looking approach that integrates day-to-day financial oversight with long-term planning, risk mitigation, and legacy considerations. His work spans finance and reporting, tax planning, and wealth strategy, real estate and large asset oversight, family governance, strategic advisory, and philanthropic initiatives.
Under Aaron’s leadership, Emerge was established in 2013 and has earned a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and unwavering ethical standards. His measured, strategic approach and deep understanding of complex financial ecosystems have positioned him as a trusted partner and advisor within the business management and family office landscape.
Outside of his professional work, Aaron enjoys cycling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. He is actively involved in philanthropic efforts and serves on the board of Educating Students Together (EST), a college access program focused on expanding educational opportunities.
Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Francisco State University and later obtained a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning through UCLA Extension.
