Diana Judovits

Diana Judovits is a strategic advisor and consultant whose work is grounded in purpose, clarity, and impact.

Through her consulting practice, Emerge CXO, she partners with organizations and philanthropic leaders to strengthen fundraising efforts, clarify messaging, and build effective governance and leadership structures.

With deep experience across both the nonprofit and business sectors, Diana brings a thoughtful, results-oriented approach to strategy, communications, organizational development and operational leadership. She has led major fundraising initiatives, advised executive teams and boards, produced high-profile events, and guided strategic planning efforts that align vision with measurable outcomes.

Diana previously served as Associate Vice President at the American Technion Society, supporting philanthropic engagement for Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and spent twelve years as Deputy Director for the Southern Pacific Region of American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), where she led stakeholder engagement and high-touch programs across a diverse constituency. At Rogers & Associates, she managed entertainment industry outreach on behalf of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy’s National Youth Anti Drug Media Campaign, integrating creative production with message discipline. She also served at Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation, founded by Steven Spielberg, helping steward the recording of testimonies from Holocaust survivors and witnesses worldwide.

Beyond her professional work, she is active with Allwayz on Stage, a theater company for actors with special needs. She is a political activist and supporter of pro-Israel causes. Diana serves on the board of Educating Students Together – College Access Program for foster youth and underserved communities. A native Angeleno, Diana has produced several short films focused on stories of impact and, in 2004, produced the critically acclaimed one woman play “From Bonkers to Botox,” which appeared at the HBO Comedy Festival and led to a series development deal at NBC.

Diana resides in Westlake Village with her husband, Aaron, and their daughters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radio, Television, and Film Production from California State University, Northridge.
