How does Emerge work with Wealth Managers in a client engagement?
Emerge partners with a range of firms to support clients’ financial and administrative needs. We collaborate by focusing on areas where the advisor does not offer their support and expertise. In most cases, Emerge contracts directly with the client and works collaboratively with the client’s trusted advisors.
Process
What is the process for introducing and onboarding a shared client?
When the timing is appropriate, we will arrange an introductory meeting with you and your client to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s financial affairs, objectives, and values, while also confirming mutual alignment. In collaboration with you, Emerge will then prepare a bespoke engagement proposal for presentation with you and the client.
How are fees structured for your services?
Emerge’s fees are engagement-specific and reflect the scope, complexity, and level of support required. After completing an initial discovery process in coordination with the Advisor, we present a customized proposal detailing services and fees
What is the relationship between the Advisor, Emerge, and the client in a collaborative engagement?
While the engagement is typically governed by a separate agreement, relationship management is intentionally flexible. Emerge may communicate directly with the client, with the advisor included as appropriate, or—at the client’s preference—coordinate all communications through the advisor.
How many people at Emerge work on a client’s team?
A dedicated team of three to six professionals supports each client, with team composition tailored to the scope and complexity of the engagement.
